  • Android "M" is the working title of an upcoming release of the Android mobile operating system. First unveiled atGoogle I/O on May 28, 2015, Android "M" will focus primarily on incremental improvements and other feature additions.[1]
  • The Android "M" developer preview was released on May 28, 2015, for the Nexus 5 and Nexus 6 phones, the Nexus 9tablet, and the Nexus Player set-top box, under the build number MPZ44Q.[1][2] The Developer Preview 2 (MPZ79M except for Nexus Player) was released July 9, 2015 for Nexus 5, Nexus 6, Nexus 9 and Nexus Player(MPZ79N
